PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SHOPPING IN OUR STORES AND USING THIS SITE IN ANY MANNER, WHETHER BY BROWSING, PARTICIPATING IN AN ONLINE ACTIVITY OR PROMOTION, OR MAKING A PURCHASE (“SERVICES”), CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, AS WELL AS THE Whet Apparel & Cosmetic Fashion PRIVACY POLICY. Any interaction you have with the Site through the use of browsers, applications, programs, or other tools, whether installed by you or a third party, shall be deemed to be your use of this Site. The original 'whet' logo, its embroidery logo, any custom 'whet' inspired artworks and brandings, to including 'Whet Apparel', 'whetapparel.com', and such entities are the sole property of Geoffrey Hillner. Any asset provided among any custom designs including, but not limited to, copies of commonwealth, or in commerce, are subject to review by Geoffrey Hillner.
Any sales price shown should be considered to reflect MSRP for any 'whet' branded, or Whet Apparel related merchandise. This price shown does not reflect any due taxes, or any shipping and handling charges.
Final pricing calculated at checkout may vary based on shipping location, including any applicable sales taxes. Refunds are not guaranteed. All sales are final.
Returns limited to defective items, or size exchanges within 14–30 days of purchase.
Order inquiry requires valid tracking number, via USPS or applicable U.S. postal office for any request of review, regarding refund of any certified order made through this site.
