Whet Apparel is an independent fashion brand founded by Geoffrey Hillner. We create original designs focused on stylish, everyday apparel and lifestyle pieces. All products are custom-printed and fulfilled through trusted on-demand partners.

How long does shipping take?

 

Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. This includes production time (usually a few business days) plus shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently do not offer free shipping, but rates are competitive.

What is your return / exchange policy?

 

All sales are currently final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.

 

If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of

delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
 

How do I find the right size?

 

Each product page includes available sizes. For the best fit, we recommend checking the size chart on the product page (or contacting us for measurements). If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I request custom colors or designs?

 

Yes! We’re happy to discuss custom coloring options, special requests, or bulk/merchandising orders. Use the Inquire button or contact form and tell us what you’re looking for.
 

How are the products made?

 

Orders are produced on-demand through Printify’s network of high-quality print providers. This means your item is printed specifically for you after you order, reducing waste.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

How can I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (usually from USPS or the carrier used by the print provider).

Where can I find care instructions?
